Please arrive on time and contact us if you are late. There is a 15 minute grace period, but after this, your appointment will be considered a no-show.
infills
An infill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining (about 2-3 weeks average). If you have less than 40%, you will need to pay the full set price.
no guests
Due to the size of our room and our relaxing, safe and hygienic services,
we are unable to accommodate guests including children and pets.
clean face
Please arrive with clean lashes, no mascara and no makeup. Avoid waterproof mascara at least 24 hours before your appointment.
no refunds
Refunds are not provided for last-minute cancellations/reschedules, or late arrivals of over 15 minutes.
Refunds will not be offered in any circumstances due to the products, time and skills used. Clients are advised to check their final lashes before leaving the salon.
avoid caffeine
Avoid caffeine (including pre-workout)
at least five hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine may cause your eyelids to flutter.

Our Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. Please ensure you understand our cancellation policy before making your appointment to avoid disappointment. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clients with any of the following contraindications cannot receive service: herpes, cold sores, open sores, warts, bleeding, any other transmitted diseases, contagious diseases, sickness, skin conditions, allergies/sensitivities to lash glue, pink eye, styes etc. Any concerns must be addressed before booking.
Clients with allergies or sensitivities must inform us beforehand. We will not be held responsible for any reactions resulting from lash procedure.
Only the client receiving services is allowed - no extra people, kids or pets are permitted during the appointment.
Clients agree not to touch or use our products and work materials without permission. Any damages incurred will be reimbursed by the client at their appropriate value.
Clients agree that any pictures/videos taken by Elite Beauty Haus during the session will be owned by us and may be used on our social media and/or website for advertising purposes.
Elite Beauty Haus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel service in case of breach of contract, failure to comply, policy violations, discrimination, harassment, dishonesty, theft, violence, being under the influence, or any other inappropriate behavior.
BOOKINGS
When booking a treatment, we kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Your deposit will be credited for your appointment.
If you are a new client, you are required to fill out a consent form prior to your treatment.
We do not perform treatments and persons under the age of 16. All clients between 16 and 17 years of age must have parental/guardian consent obtained and sign on their behalf.
Please let us know if you have lashes on from another salon. Due to high standards of work we will only do an infill if the work is similar and your lashes are in good condition.
INFILLS
When booking your infill appointment, please be advised that at least 40% of the lash extensions must remain for it to be considered an infill. Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal.
Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you require additional time during your scheduled fill appointment due to concerns about the number of remaining lashes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may necessitate rescheduling the appointment. In such instances, a new deposit will be required to secure the revised appointment.
1 week fill touch up (before 10 days after appointment) have least 65% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.
2- 3 weeks fills (before 21 days after appointment) have least 40% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.
Anything less than 40% in tact and/or past 21 days may be charged a new set.
CANCELLATIONS
In a perfect world, everyone can always make their bookings - however, life can sometimes be unpredictable. Booking an appointment at Elite Beauty Haus is an acceptance of our terms and conditions, and if you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, we do require at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel on the same day as your booking or no-show, it leaves a gap which is difficult to fill at the last minute – and this means that other clients on the waitlist often miss out, too!
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful others, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice and we accept cancellations by phone, email or direct message on our socials. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Please arrive on time or 5-10 minutes early to find parking.
If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us in advance. There is a 15-minute grace period, but lateness exceeding this may lead to the appointment being cancelled, subject to availability, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
No extra people or kids are allowed during the appointment.
Come to the appointment with no makeup or skincare products on your face to ensure proper lash application and retention.
Ensure your lashes are clean and free from oil, mascara, eyeliner and any make-up around the eyes .
Avoid caffeine before the appointment to ensure a comfortable experience. This includes pre-workout.
The remaining payment must be made at the end of the service.
For fill appointments, if less than 40% of lashes are intact, a full set charge will apply. Please be prepared for this possibility.
A lash cleanser is available for purchase at your appointment for $35.
LATE ARRIVALSOur goal is to provide quality service to all our customer in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations inconvenience not only our lash artist, but our other customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen delays you may encounter while traveling to our studio. If you are 15 minutes late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.
Further, if you are more than 15 minutes to your appointment, the appointment may be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited and may also result in a $50 cancellation fee.
PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit and Cash. Cheques are not accepted.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are not refundable and can only used for services at Elite Beauty Haus. Gift vouchers can not be redeemed into cash payment.
SENSITIVITY / ALLERGIES
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions you may experience from the glue. Should it happen, it will occur within 24-48 hours. If this happens please seek for medical advice. Glue sensitivity can happen at any time, even if you have had lashes on for the past 2 years or 5 years, a reaction to glue can happen at any time. Symptoms are usually swollen eyelids or extremely red eyes.
If you have any concerns a patch test is available for those with sensitive eyes or first timers.
MOBILE PHONES
We ask that all mobile phones and smart watches are on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete, being that our lash artists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area. This takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
SICKNESS / COVID-19
We request that you please do not attend your booking if you have symptoms of a cold/flu and/or Covid-19.
If you are are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 and/or have been told by NSW Health to isolate/get tested, please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible, and as long as proof of dated PCR or RAT test is shown, we will waive any late notice cancelation fee.
We are doing everything possible to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in our salon and to keep everyone safe and comfortable. All of our team members are very familiar with our covid-safe policies. However, nothing is without risk, and by entering our salons you accept this risk and agree that Elite Beauty Haus and it’s directors, employees, and contractors nor any other individual on the premises for work purposes will not be held liable or responsible in the case that you become a close or casual contact, nor confirmed case of Covid-19.
